“Excellent stay. However, the beach was farther away than the 700 feet described.”

“It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!”

“The room was extremely dirty, and despite our complaints and repeated requests, it was never properly cleaned. The floor remained dirty throughout our entire stay and didn’t appear to have been cleaned even once. On the day we arrived, there was a large clump of hair on the floor, along with some trash. I personally picked up the hair using a plastic bag and brought it to the front desk to show them, asking for the room to be properly cleaned. Despite this, the piece of trash remained in the...

“The room was gross. There was no hot water for showers. Breakfast was not ready by 7am so we could not eat because we had to get to airport. There is NO parking and barely any on the side street where they want you to park. Not a good choice to stay if you have a physically challenged person traveling there. On another note Omar the desk clerk was AWESOME!! Very courtesy and helpful. He is the best asset at this inn. He made the stay bearable. Thank you Omar!!!!”

“Beautiful suite, great location between the beach and OSJ! We used our room to sleep and that’s it. I found the chaise couch super uncomfortable to relax on and couldn’t watch tv while in bed. But otherwise, the room was nice. We didn’t really utilize the amenities like the jacuzzi, laundry or kitchen but it was nice to have close by. The noise from neighboring La Placita was a little loud but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again!”

“Lively resort. We loved our view. The grounds were clean and well maintained as were the rooms. The ocean had double red flags the entire time we were there but we still had a great time in the pools and sitting on the beach. The location is walkable or affordable uber ride to restaurants. There is a pharmacy next door for snacks and drinks. Overall we were very happy with the trip. ”

“This was an absolute scam, the shower head was so dirty, paint on the wall was cracked and peeling, elevator sounds and looks like it’s for the 1900’s, also we only got half a roll or toilet paper roll in our room for 4 days, when it was done we needed to go asked for it at the front desk. The room wasn’t even cleaned properly. This hotel definitely discouraged me from going to Puerto Rico again. And also no parking, we got over $200 in tickets overnight ”
