"What a hidden gem. Our first trip to Bali and Ubud area. Would definitely stay at this resort again. Great for couples. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Amenities on par with any other five star resort we have stayed at. Enjoyed the welcome ceremony and drink. Room was private with comfy bed and personal plunge pool and outdoor tub"

"The staff members are very kind and nice. Breakfast was wonderful. However, the room smelt bad with humility and is full of mosquitos. I had to ask for a plug-in repellent. The laundry came back clean but with a strong unpleasant sent of detergent. The spa was disappointing - not a bad price but the room was moldy and the massage wasn’t comfortable. Limited English communication - hard to ask for a different pressure. I experienced severe allergies due to the moldy room. Got sick by the time when I left. I will not return. This is a nice property for people who are not sensitive to the environment/do not have allergies. Not for me. "

"Beautiful resort with stunning pool by the forest. Rooms are exceptionally clean and beautiful with greenery views. Service is beyond excellent. The resort upgraded to another room immediately because the AC was not cold enough. They also checked my room before i left and found i had left items behind. Food is limited but i always took the free shuttle service to the main town for meals at the restaurants. I absolutely recommend this resort for quiet jungle holiday away from the noise. The staff is simply fanastic. "

We especially loved the weekly Balinese dinner show, the daily yoga sessions, and the peaceful morning walk through the rice fields. We did the walk with Ajus, who was fantastic — not only did he make the experience memorable, but he also worked at reception and handled every request we had with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the staff. Everyone was consistently warm, polite, and incredibly helpful, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay genuinely pleasant and unforgettable. "
