Fantastic accommodation

Very modern and comfortable apartment. I was surprised at the size of the apartment with room for 3 or 4 Adults. The apartment was overlooking the Altea bay club and was a short drive to Altea town. A car is essential to get around the area with limited public transportation available. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, I would recommend and possibly return in the future.

View was amazing.

The view was spectacular! Unfortunately the apartment is run down and really needs to be updated. Absolutely no amenities. One roll of toilet paper for 2 bedrooms for 3 nights. The apartment was not very clean, the kitchen was very hard to maneuver in. The fridge outside was disgusting. The bedrooms had no blankets. No hand soap and the shampoo bottles didn’t work. The location was great, lots of good restaurants. Good grocery store just a quick drive away.

The apartment was very nice with a nice view, the beach is a bit of a let down pebbles and loads of little bits of seaweed everywhere that sticks to you a right pain. You need transport because there are no shops can't get nothing apart from a french stick. The mini market sells drinks and ice cream.

Amazing balcony! The apartment is right on the beach and has a stunning view of the sea. The jacuzzi is a bit falling apart but apart from that everything was lovely.

This place was literally too far away and staying there without car wasn’t an option (man was going to play golf and took our car, so me and my daughter would be there and can’t do anything). We didn’t stay. We booked another hotel from Altea.

Room: not cleaned, there are ants in the kitchen and spider webs near the television, shower is partially clogged and water builds up; the room door has vents above it which means you can hear people in the adjacent rooms and outside hallway. General: life only goes to 6th floor, the room does not look like the picture (be forewarned).

Parking with elevator extremely narrow and very tight to maneuver to exit. Sorry close on me when I was approaching scratching the front of the car. Receptionist is not at the apartments building which makes it hard to access. Front of the apartments is very restricted all private property and only acres to a small beach is acceptable. Towels were not change daily neithe paper toilet was replaced daily. I had to ask for paper toilet although my stay was almost a week.

Wir waren Ende Aug. 2025 für 2 Wochen dort

In einem der braunen Gebäude. Gut war: WLAN Qualität der Betten halbwegs OK/Aussicht.Die Rezeption und das House Keeping-Team=sehr nett! Nicht gut: Küche spärlich mit Kaffee-Filtermaschine/Toaster/Mikrowelle/Geschirrspüler/Waschmaschine. Wenig Geschirr/div. Pfannen soweit vorhanden. Alle Pfannen unten nicht mehr flach! Div. Sachen fehlten. Kein separater Wasserkocher. Keine Geschirrbürste. Reinigungsstand Räume innen insgesamt OK. Terrasse mussten wir erst mal selber reinigen. Nur 1 Rolle WC-Papier! Stoffsofa miefte. Ein Safe war vorhanden; ohne Schloss! Ein Schlüssel-Steckschloss für 4 € p.T. müsse dazu gemietet werden. Reinigen müssten wir selber. Kein Wort davon in der Buchungsbeschreibung! House Keeping-Team kommt nur alle 4-5 Tage, um Bettwäsche & Handtücher zu ersetzen. Badezimmer-Reiniger: Mussten wir selber beschaffen. Es gibt für den ganzen Komplex nur eine 2-stöckige Auto-Einstellhalle. Abenteuerlicher Zugang mittels Autolift. Die AirCond. funktionierte, kühlt jedoch nur alle Räume gleichzeitig. Geschirrspüler & Waschmasch. machen Heidenlärm. Geschirrspüler reinigt trotz guter Vorspülung schlecht. Hohe Anzahl von Schlüsseln für: Hauseingang,Wohnung,Schwimmbad, Garage,Safe. Alles sollte längst renoviert werden. Wir waren nur zu zweit hier. Wie machen das andere zu fünft, mit dem wenigen Geschirr, der winzigen Küche & dem Mini-Bad? Für den Preis gehen wir das nächste Mal in ein Hotel mit mehr Komfort und Reinigung. Vom Komfort mal ganz abgesehen. 2,5 *

Buen hotel.

Buen hotel con excelentes vistas al puerto marítimo. Parking cerca aunque con ciertas limitaciones de hora. Playa a 3 minutos a pie aunque no es de las mejores. El hotel se ve algo antiguo, con infraestructura desgastada.

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento fue correcta en cuanto a instalaciones, aunque es evidente que necesita una reforma (sobre todo en la cocina). Además, hay que tener cuidado si vas con coche ya que aunque indiquen que hay aparcamiento, por un módico precio, el garaje tiene ascensor para coches y es muy pequeño (diría casi para motos). Le habría dado 3 estrellas por eso, pero tristemente no puedo hacerlo por lo ocurrido tras mi estancia. Al marcharme, olvidé un colgante de oro con un enorme valor sentimental (era de mi abuela, ya fallecida). Contacté con la persona responsable para que preguntara al servicio de limpieza, pero me dijeron que “no había aparecido”. Lamentablemente, y, aunque he dejado varias semanas de margen, el colgante nunca fue devuelto. Más allá de la decepción material, lo verdaderamente doloroso es la falta de honestidad y humanidad. Me parece muy triste que algo así pueda pasar, y quiero dejar constancia para que otros viajeros lo tengan en cuenta.

Unos apartamentos descuidados y con falta de mantenimiento. La tapa del wc rota y malpegada, humedades en los techos,mobiliario mediocre y pasado de moda, además de viejo. La piscina da a 1 patio interior y no da el sol.
