"The location was very good for our needs; being close to the train station. We didn't arrive from the airport until after midnight but check-in was easy and the bed was comfortable. It was also easy to get over to the station in the morning to get a train onto our next destination. We'll likely stay there again before we fly home."

"My stay was only for one night but, it was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. This was my second time staying here before my flight. The breakfast was second to none and excellent. The front desk attendents were very friendly. I will deffinitely recommend a stay here. It felt like I was paying twice or three times the cost."

"What else is there to say? An excellent stay at the end of an equally excellent trip. The stay at the Steigenberger Hotel, so close to the Frankfurter Airport, could only be described in these glowing terms. The only recommendation I have is to start a golf cart service to and from the parking garage; the distance between the two is a bit much for an 83 year old after a five hour long drive."

"A spotlessly clean hotel in a most convenient location. Frequent bus service to shops and main rail station just outside main entrance. Staff that are genuinely concerned your stay will be a most pleasant one. A breakfast better than that found in more expensive establishments. I was not on a business trip, but had I been, all needed was available. The true test is would I be back again? like a shot, already looking at dates. Thank you. Don Hill."

"This hotel was the first and last hotel on our 2-week trip by train through Germany. We walked here from the Hbf and were very tired after a long flight from Canada and arrived in the lobby at 10AM. Our room would not be ready until 3PM. We sat in the lobby and must have looked a sorry sight. Our check-in person gave us a complimentary room upgrade to Premier Plus and we were in our room before noon. The room was clean and comfortable. We had to leave at 6AM to catch our ICE train to Hamburg so we did not get to enjoy breakfast."

"The check in and staff were great. If you’re going to Deutsche Bank Park for an event this is the place to stay. Only a 25 minute walk from hotel to both side of stadium. Then your not having to wait after event to catch crowded train. The only problem I had was I was given a street room and it’s really noisy from train and cars and people walking down street. Plus people staying there smoke on front steps of hotel and if you have your windows open for fresh air since no air conditioner all the smoke rises and comes in your room. The hotel staff should make them smoke out back in designated smoking area. Other than that I would stay again and ask for backside room."

"Don’t book this hotel !!! We were staying 3 nights and during this stay they never cleaned our room. We were complaining about this to the staff but they didn’t do anything about it. We ran out of toilet-paper and was complaining to the staff about this……..and nothing happens. We had to buy toilet-paper at Seven-Eleven !!! The staff were never smiling during our whole stay. There was very little water when we wanted to take a shower in the mornings. This is the worst hotel I have ever been staying at."
