“The dryer didn't work my clothes were wet I didn't have any other clothes I had to wear wet clothes not happy”

“The service was friendly, the restaurant had good food. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location is close to the shops. Unfortunately the air conditioner was noisy and the street noise was very audible. It would help to have better quality double glazed windows.”

“Mum and I had a lovely one night stay at St Joseph’s by the Sea. It was quiet and felt secure, part of a spiritual retreat centre with an adjoining convent. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were perfect, and access worked well for my 94-year-old mum, with a wheelchair available too. We had a twin room which was roomy, with desk...

“There is no double glazing so bedrooms can be noisy at night if you are not used to traffic”

“Excellent facilities, spacious and clean with beautiful views of the ocean and lake with wildlife on your doorstep. You can enjoy a beach side pathed walk into Williamstown from the property.”

“위치는 나쁘지 않은 편임. 주변에 괜찮은 레스토랑이 있어 머물기에 괜찮음 시티에서 다소 떨어져 있고 트램이 다니지 않아 렌터카 이용객에 좋음.”

“숙박은 깨끗하였지만 위치가 시내에서 떨어져 있어 불편함. 가급적 시내에 머무는 것이 좋을 듯”

Yet my request for a high-floor room with a nice view received virtually no response. I proactively arranged parking, even providing vehicle details in advance. Despite this, the car wouldn’t fit. On arrival, we...

“Everything was great except few hundreds deposit. The front desk staff was friendly.”

“I didn't want to leave a review like this, so I asked them to pay a little more attention to cleaning during my stay. But they still cleaned up a mess. Even cheaper hotels don't clean like this. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to!”

“So close to Footscray market also close to restaurants”

“Wall mirror position is high.”
