Stayed one night when we landed at Birmingham Airport early hours, check in was quick and efficient, cannot comment on food and beverage as we didnt have any, parking was easy and position is excellent for both Airport and motorway, staff on check out were friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel very close the Resorts world with lots of choice of restaurants. The car park is about 10 mins walk away so be sure to drop your bags first and then park up ( there are a couple of bays to do this ) * Do not fall for the Hotels.com scam* when booking, it gave me the option to book breakfast ...

The apartment was great. The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. The Vale Golf and Country Club
Lovely stay, however, if you don’t have a car, there is no facilities to get food and you would need to travel. But we will be back :)
