"Stunning hotel and amazing rooms. Amazing breakfast and amenities including well equipped gym and pool. The champagne bar was also a highlight. The food was of a good standard in general, but my main complaint is that restaurants cannot be booked before arriving, and when we arrived some of the à la cart options were already fully booked for the full week of our stay. This is unacceptable for a hotel that charges a premium for this. We could also see other guests complaining about this at reception. We also felt the cocktails could be improved and at times it was difficult to get a bed at the pool. Overall great hotel and if they can fix the restaurant booking system would be 5/5."

"Boutique 5 is a super hotel, but it is the staff who make it exceptional. As a vegetarian staying there half board, there wasn't a veggie option available every day. However the wonderful chef went the extra mile, cooking a delicious vegetarian meals for me every day. The food is exceptional and it's worth paying for half board. There is a road between the hotel and the beach and most of the rooms had other buildings between their rooms and the beach, unfortunately, just worth knowing if you're expecting a hotel on the beach. It would be good to have bigger parasols on the beach so that guests aren't constantly chasing the shade. However the sun loungers on the beach and the beach attendant were all great. We had mosaic making one afternoon which was really good fun, other activities would be great too."

"We had a really lovely family holiday at Rodos Princess Beach Hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Rafael, who greeted us when we arrived, and to Mara, the Reception Manager, for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a huge variety in the main restaurant and plenty of choices for everyone. We also loved the pool bar and the dessert and snack area by the pool, which was a big hit with the kids. The pools were always clean, and the whole pool area was well looked after. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, which was a nice way to finish the day. The spa was another highlight. We had wonderful treatments with Evgenia, who was professional, friendly and very good at what she does. We stayed in a family room as a family of five. The room was comfortable, although having only one toilet for five people was a little inconvenient. The bathroom door also couldn’t be locked, which made privacy a bit tricky at times, but we managed and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The best sign of how much we enjoyed the hotel is that our daughters are already asking when we can come back. Thank you to the whole team for a great holiday. We would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for families."

"Our favorite place on the isle of Rhodes! Wonderful staff, comfotable, quiet, relaxing, even met the owner over breakfast. If we had more time we would have stayed much, much longer! Don't miss this hotel!"

"The service in the hotel was excellent, the best I've experienced in Europe and rivals what you get in the USA. I have a severe food allergy, but it was no issue whatsoever eating here. On arrival, I had an allergy meeting booked with a food and beverage manager, Jessica, who talked me through my options both within the buffet main restaurant and the a la carte specialist restaurants. Andreas within the main restaurant was a superstar, each day would approach me and ask what I fancied and he went away and ensured it was freshly made from the chefs to ensure no cross contamination from the other food available to guests. My sole visit to the a la carte restaurant at Kuzina was once again a very comfortable experience with my allergy, our server ensured I had my own portions of food which was suitable for me and served the regular menu to my wife. At no point was my allergy an inconvenience to anybody at the hotel, it was an extremely comfortable experience dining here. It's also a very family friendly hotel, with kids activities and play groups available for different ages."
