“It was not the hotel, but a kind of residence condominium. Each unit(room) owned by individual owners but registered onto Hotels.com. When I arrived there at 9pm, only security guards at the front without any information of my booking. I could not get any service nor information. By coincidence, another unit's owner stopped by and saw my situation to do phonecall to my unit's owner. It took 110 minutes until I received my room key. It was NOT a kind of HOTEL! I booked and paid to hotels.com. But...

“Unable to assess any criteria to review but my overall review is to AVOID this property like a plague. Since I was not able to complete the requirements due to miscommunication, they just took my money and never responded to me again. I was left without my money and a place to stay. They could have given me the opportunity to correct the error and stay for the remainder of the time but since they already got paid and no longer cared, I had to find a new place to stay. Terrible bad faith...

“夜８時頃タクシーで到着しましたが、まず、このコンドミニアムの入り口で、部屋のオーナーからの連絡がなかったのか、警備員に止められ、確認がとれるまで長い間待たされました。そのあと、建物のレセプションが、鍵を受け取っていないとのことで、オーナーと連絡がとれるまで、再び待たされました。２泊しましたが、部屋の清掃やタオル交換はありませんでした。３泊したら石鹸やシャンプー、トイレットペーパーは足りなくなっていたと思います。部屋の世話係（？）の人の電話番号は教えてもらっていましたが、その人とまったく連絡がとれず、タオル交換などをお願いしましたが、対応してもらえませんでした。”
