Great b&b with very friendly staff

The stand out of this visit were the staff who were always friendly and willing to help. I had to extend my stay and even though they were quite full they moved things around to accommodate me. The facilities are good and I appreciated having the coffee shop to use during the day. The only slightly odd thing about the place was the absence of a swimming pool, when you look at the views it just feels like there should be a pool to swim in.

Not as good as expected

Hotel was by and large o.k., but not as good as we had been expecting from some of the reviews. Contrary to the description on Venere at the time, there is NO pool. Lots of young children in this larger type of guesthouse equalled higher noise levels than we would ideally have liked. Not top of our list for a return visit to the area.

Bad services.......What a disaster. We booked for

What a disaster. We booked for one romantic evening away as this was valentine weekend. If you check your records you will see that we booked a luxury double room, with a queen size bed, bath tab with jets and we paid for this R1000. This place is rated as a 4 star.....not sure who done this rating??????. On arrival the reception/Manager demanded additional R800. I said I paid in full and she said this is standard. Everyone must pay R800 we only paid a deposit. Lucky I had may proof of booking with me and payment. Then she apologies and said ok. No one help as with our luggage....this is a 4 star......we were push into a small standard room, not what we paid for and as advertise. They advertise Wi-Fi...no one give the password....On inquiry on the room, the receptionist contact her Manager/owner wrt. our unhappiness. She/Him couldn't bother to speak to as at all or call on the Monday to apologies. The place was booked out and unfortunately we cant get the room that we booked for. We got our R1000 back in cash and we leave. Why will they care amount as, the place was booked out!!!!!!!!!! We not recommend this place to anyone...stay away. And the reception blame Hotel.com it now your fault that they cant allocate rooms correctly. Good think that we were only from Durban, but they spoilt our special night out.

Best paradise vocation place

The stay was unbelievable. Great price, fantastic services, a view of the ocean to die for. I did not want to leave. The friendliness of the staff, just out of this world. Heaven on earth.

ALL THAT YOU COULD WISH FOR

Stayed in room 8 which was exactly as I hoped it would be - quiet & private. The fridge & micro in the room were an added bonus. Nice, safe parking in close proximity. ALL members of staff friendly & obliging. Nice breakfast. Spectacular sea-view!! Will definitely return.

Best Guesthouse I ever stayed at!!! Thanks so much for making our stay the best ever. You really went the extra mile. Thank you so much for making My fiance birthday surprise so special everything was perfect, chocolate cake was device room was filled with baloons and banner he was so surprised!!! From the owner to the cleaner every second you felt welcome Seaview rooms are awesome Galleria Mall do close hospital across the road Best stay ever I had and would recommend 305 Guest House to all my friends and family Thanks so much to Jolene and Chantelle you are truly gems to 305 Guest House I appreciate all that you have done for us and going the extra mile for us!!!

Always a comfortable stay......

Great decor throughout and amazing view from the breakfast table. The opportunity to actually see the sea, even while on a business trip. Room near Reception is a little on the noisy side, as expected. If you're booking in advance, ask for another. Hairdryer, refreshment station, fridge and basic toiletries in room.

Little Sea View Gem

I was really impressed with this Guest House. From the moment I checked in to when I checked out the staff and management were very friendly. The views are spectacular. Unfortunately I only stayed for one night.

Brilliant experience fantastic staff

What an amazing relaxing place to spend the night. Beautiful location and close to everything. Comfortable beds with fluffy duvets and pillows. Fantastic breakfast and absolutely amazing staff. There is a gym and spa on site. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a break away.
