"Staff were amazing and very helpful. Had the room ready for us at 12.30 because they knew how busy it was going to be they wanted all rooms ready. They even brought a travel cot to the room for us after requesting only 5 minutes earlier. Right in the centre. Very good price for where it was located. Parking also good but gets very busy quickly so would recommend getting there before check in."

"Checked in for overnight stay for a wedding. When I checked in I paid for the room got my key. I was then told oh the floor you are on has some heating issues but there’s heaters in the room. I was ok with that. When I got to my room which was very me no heater, I rang down to reception they were very polite and said well sort it straight away within 5 minutes a lady was there with a good sized oil filled heater . My room was cozy and warm and smelt amazing . Breakfast was amazing too staff amazingly polite. Definitely stay again ."
