"Nice friendly and clean"

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

Previously stayed at the hotel many years ago with previous owners & it has so many facilities for kids it has the potential to be a great hotel (like it used to) Biggest let down was the heat of the room. "Cancelled our break with only 2 weeks notice! Very difficult to rebook with such short notice around the Christmas period! "

"The location of the hotel is great but unfortunately during our stay the tube lines to this hotel was out of order. The staff is really nice and helpfull but in weekends the buffet breakfast was way too crouwded. 1 minus: inside the hotel it is super hot and it is not possible to open any windows in the hotel rooms "
