“Location in centre of SoHo and minutes walk to so much! Bed relatively comfortable, bit of a sore back after each day upon getting up. Everywhere was very clean. Washrooms always quiet and spotless. Temp control inside nests was a good feature. Relatively quiet.”

“The room was clean but I would have liked a safe and sheer curtains it didn't feel private or secure. The staff were friendly but their energy i found wanting and not customer focused. Having said that Charlie and Makency were the exception and were very helpful to me. The bar was very badly looked after lots of tables not cleared quickly and very slow service.
