“The hotel room and entire top floor was incredibly hot which is not nice in hot weather, this wouldn’t have been a problem if the air conditioning wasn’t broken on the entire top floor. There was also no way to change the temperature of the water in the shower so that was also very hot and it gave off a strange smell when used. Hotel lift was also broken the entire weekend and being on the third floor and no staff offering to help in a 4 star hotel seems a bit of a let down”

“Lovely room, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking. Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - good for walking into town and loved that there was a map showing us how to get there by avoiding the main road. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for our stay.”

“Booked in and couldn’t even book in for the spa as it was fully booked because of a wedding. No email sent suggesting I needed to book. I only wanted to use the sauna. Lots of other people complained about the same thing. ”
