Instead of a family room, we were presented with multiple separate areas connected by long corridors and several heavy doors, including three separate bedrooms. “My room was nice and clean. My bed was comfortable. My breakfast was very unsatisfactory, not the level of 4* hotel. You even get better in 3*. I was surprised to find out that it cost£25 pounds to use gym, or swimming pool. In all hotels I stayed it was included in the price for the room. Location suited me as I came for the opera. Around the corner there are a few ok restaurants. I was told that dinner on Crescent is nit good and much overpriced . Parking cost £30 .pet night. So at the end...

“The welcome at reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was a decent size and dog friendly. Hotel is like a rabbit warren but well sign posted. Comfortable bed and efficient shower, decor was a bit tired and the lift was an old style metal gate which relied on other customers closing the gate after use so others could use it. Coffee mugs weren’t cleaned which I found annoying, breakfast was very limited to cooked breakfast which was actually cold despite being under hot lamps….
