“We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great. That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are. We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. “Beautiful resort, extremely helpful and amazing staff. The only downside was the construction was very loud and started early and there was some minor leakage during a big storm. The staff really did make it a great stay despite the construction and the food was excellent. Would absolutely return once the construction dies down! ”
