We stayed in a family room— two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very quiet. Easily walkable to Amboise Castle and eateries.

Excelente localizacao e café da manhã. Atendentes muito prestativas. O unico problema era o aquecimento que era fraco, especialmente no banheiro. Mas certamente é um problema apenas para o inverno. Retornaria com certeza

Bonjour, 2 nuits seulement, mais pas plus cela aurait posé problème. En couple dans une chambre "moyenne" une seule chaise, il est vrai que la 2éme n aurait pas tenu, même pas un tabouret. Quand à la salle de bains : encore une baignoire SANS poignée pour aider à monter pour prendre la douche. Ascenseur, mais beaucoup d' escaliers dès l' accueil, puis pour l' accès à certaine chambre. Restaurant fermé, non communiqué. Dommage, personnel super.

Photos and write up can hide the truth! Nasty room
You can write nice things about location near to Chateau, room has ensuite etc, but basically this was a fairly grotty hotel and our room was rubbish. Room so small that even just a queen size bed, could not fully open door. Had to enter in sequence to get in & around door. Not nice!

Great location to access the historic area. Easily walkable. Our room had a shared roof balcony where we watched the sunset over the river. Parking was a struggle. We walked almost a mile to the hotel. The room was very basic. The bathroom was dark. Hotel could use some updating. Needs new carpets, paint and a deep clean. Don't purchase breakfast here. It was beyond terrible and completely lacked service.

Nice location in Amboise. Close to the market area. Parking was very difficult. No parking on premises. Room and bathroom on small side. Clean.

Hotel Bellevue is great - located right next to the main pedestrian area with shops and restaurants, it's walkable to both the castle and Clos Luce. Our little suite was perfect for 4 people - restaurant was very good. I would stay there agin!

Everyone at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful view of chateau d’Amboise from our window! Huge room, very comfortable, soaker bath and shower. Loved this hotel, would stay again!

Great location, friendly helpful staff, very quiet room even though just off a main road. A very quaint town, it would be worth staying 2 nights. Many restaurants and shopping conveniently located near the hotel. Within walking distance to all the main attractions.

After a long drive from Normandy, we were thrilled to see our beautiful accommodations with 2 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. We opened the window to head a street musician playing the accordion! We got the best sleep of our 11 night journey the two nights at Hotel Bellvue. The breakfast offered was delicious and an incredible value for the price. We also stopped for a drink in the evening at the restaurant.

Great location but no customer service
The room was spacious and clean. However, the front desk staff were not helpful. They weren’t able to tell us about where to look for parking or hours parking was available and we felt frustrated. Front desk staff were not able to share hours or recommendations for restaurants in town and even said they didn’t know because they had never eaten at any of the restaurants in town. I believe our stay and experience would have been different if the front desk staff had been more customer service oriented. The toilet rocked when we sat on it and the bathroom definitely could use updating. The shower leaked on the floor. Great location proximity to restaurants and sites, but we will be staying elsewhere next time.

Wonderful property. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was very good for dinner and drinks. We had a family of four and got the two bedroom suite. Much nicer and cheaper than getting 2 rooms. Highly recommend.

This hotel is tiny - rooms are very small. But everything is easily accessible and walkable from it. If you're lucky to have a front facing room in the hotel - the view is gorgeous (Loire River) - but noisy if you're like me and like to keep the window open. The Castle is in the back yard of this place and well worth the visit. There is no parking offered by hotel - however it wasn't an issue for us as it was November and we were able to park on the street for free - but I suspect this might be a problem at high season with more tourists around. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our visit very much and would come back here again. Merci!

Great Weekend at Hotel Bellevue
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bellevue for the weekend. It was in a perfect location for visiting Amboise and surrounding areas. We were right in the middle of town and could walk to many restaurants within minutes. The Hotel was very clean and our room was very spacious. We had a family suite which consisted of two bedrooms. The room was in great condition and we had no issues. We took advantage of the breakfast in the restaurant every morning; it was a full buffet with plenty of options. There was free parking on the street; don't pay for one of the lots nearby. It was easy to find parking a little ways down the street from the hotel! I would definitely recommend Hotel Bellevue!

Centralt, effektivt og hyggelig.
Super beliggenhed med udsigt over Loire floden og samtidig helt centralt m.h.t. restauranter m.m. Relativt gode parkeringsforhold, dog ikke privat parkering i.f.m. med hotellet. Vi holdt begge nætter gratis mindre end 25m fra hotellet. Efter middag (restauranterne lukker relativt tidlig i sep/okt, kunne vi fortsætte med en godnatøl i hotellets bar (sammen med mange lokale), hvor serveringen var super hyggelig og professionel. Hotellets morgenmad var af god kvalitet og med stor variation.
