"We’re do I start? We arrived to pick up our keys early as per instructions on the website that check in time was between 4 pm and 9 pm. We are told that we won’t get our keys unless we pay $20 eu because check in up until 7pm. We also had called and emailed that day to confirm because we were coming from Lisbon.
