Klimaat in kamer goed. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aircondioning en verwarming aanwezig. Ontbijt goed verzorgd. Wij komen hier 4x per jaar overnachten op onze reis naar en van Spanje. Dus goed slapen is voor ons erg belangrijk. Echter op 12 oktober ging vanaf 1 uur 's nachts 3x het brandalarm af in de kamer naast ons. Na de laatste keer was het nog lang onrustig in die kamer , waarschijnlijk van mensen die de storing wilden verhelpenen duurde het lang voordat wij weer konden slapen. Totaal niets van excuses de volgende ochtend, of een verklaring van wat er aan de hand was.

1 nuit . chambre propre, de volume trĂšs bien, climatisation, bonne literie, grand lit. Accueil agrĂ©able, personnels souriants. Petit dĂ©jeuner ok avec choix variĂ©s. Une inquiétudes à l'arrivée: pas d'ascenseur. Heureusement notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée et nous avons pu nous garer juste devant. Personnel trÚs agréable et serviable. L’hĂŽtel Ă©tait trĂšs bien. Mais nous avions rĂ©servĂ© l’hĂŽtel par internet. Heureusement que nous avons tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© avant Notre arrivĂ©e car nous avions aucun code pour rentrer dans l’enceinte de l’hĂŽtel et nous n’avions aucun numĂ©ro de box pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer la clĂ©.

Mediocre !!!!

J'ai dĂ©jĂ  sĂ©journĂ© dans dzs campaniles mais dans celui-lĂ , je suis vraiment déçu. Volet Ă©caillĂ© a l'extĂ©rieur de la chambre et horriblement sale a l'interieur. Porte difficile a claquer. Moisissures importantes au plafond prĂšs de la fenĂȘtre et au plafond dans la salle bain. Je paye pour un dĂ©part tardif Ă  15 h mais a 09h du matin mon acces au wifi etait dĂ©jĂ  dĂ©sactivĂ© et Ă  11h30 l'acces Ă  ma chambre etait deja dĂ©sactivĂ©. Sans compter l'absence de pancarte ne pas dĂ©ranger dans la chambre et impossible de m'en fournir a l'accueil. Je n'en veux pas aux employĂ©s qui font avec ce qu'on leur donne. Mais c'est inadmissible pour un Campanile. Cet hĂŽtel n'est pas entretenu et se dĂ©labre. Je fais Ă©normĂ©ment de dĂ©placements professionnels mais lĂ , je ne pense pas y revenir...
