I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will likely return. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were outstanding. I used Uber for transportation and the wait times were always very short.

Extremely welcoming, professional and pleasant staff. Hotel is surely a 5 star facility. The club on 8th floor is excellent for a calm, heart meal.

日本語で書きます。各階へのエレベーターの位置がわかりずらい。何か所かあるので。部屋番号で間違える可能性あり。入口でカバンをセキュリティーに通す必要あり、空港のように。安全だけど面倒です。新しく改装されているエリアと旧エリアのような部分があり、友人は旧エリア、私は改装エリアでしたが、改装エリアには風呂が無くシャワーだけです。

Interconnected Amman Hotel is my best recommendation for traveling and or business trip to Amman. Walkable distance to Rainbow Street and close to city center. Health Club facility is great with indoor & outdoor swimming pool

My stay was a great experience
I had an great stay at the Intercontinental Hotel In Amman. This is a superb Hotel in every respect and I would highly recommend it. I will certainly re book this Hotel on my next trip to Amman as well as recommend its to family, friends and business colleagues. Special mention must be made to Anas, the gentleman who works at the front reception desk. His help, friendliness and attitude to all he does, is a compliment to himself and to the Intercontinental Hotel for employing such a valuable employee. Please thank him. Felt safe with security 24 hrs per day, breakfast buffet was a great addition, limo service in hotel to take us around, which was pricier than Uber and a cab but cleaner and air conditioned

Excellent and comfortable stay! The rooms were very clean, cozy and made our stay we enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and offer prompt, round the clock high quality service.

Not the best to accommodate handicap people
I booked a handicap room and was put in a room with an incredibly slick shower floor very few grab handles, and the hotel had a little to no ramps. I could not get breakfast by myself. Somebody had to go order my and pick up my breakfast because the restaurant does not have handicap ramps to get to the upper levels. Were you serve all the food our friends that we stayed with got a really nice room with espresso maker extra room I could barely get my chair past the desk that was in our room, and we were at an old wing with no view, I felt that the service was good. The driver that took us to Petra was excellent but the hotel was in adequate to handle anybody with any type of handicap. I purposely pick the intercontinental because they figured that it's an international brand and would be able to accommodate somebody in a wheelchair, but I was wrong. On top of that at one in the morning we had somebody hammering on the wall outside of our room until I called the front desk to complain, and then it stopped after 10 minutes.
