Los empleados no tenían buena predisposición especialmente la gente de recepción. Nadie hablaba una palabra de español, tampoco se esforzaron en tratar de entenderme. Realmente una decepción. The hotel is well-maintained, staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast needs to be improved as I stayed for 5 nights and every day the breakfast was the same which is a bit boring and requires more variety. The rooms need an upgrade for coffee machines since its a 5* hotel. Accessibility is very convenient.

We were treated so kind by all the hotel staff. They were so professional and polite and helpful. The rooms were well appointed, bed very comfortable and great shower. Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast.

The entrance and communal facilities in this hotel were very grand and impressive, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive in the lobby. However the cleanliness of the rooms and speed of the room service let it down. Unfortunately we had stained sheets, and on the rollaway cot placed in the room, the duvet didnt have any sheets on it and was badly stained. When we called to resolve and also request an extra mug etc etc, it took so long to arrive that we had to call twice to follow up. Also not much happening in the immediate area around the hotel, so felt somewhat uncomfortable to just walk out and explore.
