The bathroom shower was getting water from the drain line which spell a lot when I try to use it. We used the hut bathtub in the executive suite which we sending water to the drain line of the shower and spell dirty. Also, the lights switches were not working for some light on photos and lamp when we off it.

Fabulous girls overnight trip!!!
Was on a girls trip and was nervous since I had made the reservation. We were upgraded from the executive to family suite, which was a nice solution since there were 3 of us. It gave us a second room with an actual bed instead of a pull out. Breakfast was delicious. Restaurant serves great food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Room service prompt.

Excellent service from all the staff- especially Jaideep and Sapna. They were both super friendly, helpful and very welcoming for the whole of our stay. Fantastic location 10 minute walk from Harmandir Sahib. Wonderful food in the restaurant.

Ramada staff is very professional. The administration staff was very helpful to book hotel shuttle as our flight was late night pickup from Amaritsar airport was excellent .I booked for two nights standard room .on arrival I was not happy with room which had no window and felt costerfobic .On expedia booking it would be helpful for people to know if they are booking room without a window. After speaking to the staff our room was changed the next day .Location is very good for anyone visiting the golden temple .

Comfortable stay in vicinity of Jallianwala Baug
Ramada Amritsar is very close - walking distance to Jallianwala Baug and Golden Temple too. Overall the was very comfortable and enjoyable but for episode of lift getting stuck 2 occasion on same floor in spite of notifying to front desk, corrective action was delayed. Box of tissue was missing in our executive Suit. After asking we were given bunch of tissues open. The electronic key card gets deactivated every 24 hrs. One needs to activate repeatedly. I would go there again as I felt comfortable and safe.

This hotel needs a facelift
This hotel is in a great location for the Golden Temple, the Partition Museum, etc. Staff were very nice and the room as comfortable. However, the food in the restaurant was awful, and the interior decoration was simply spooky: long, dimly lit halls with faux Versailles interiors, poor lighting in the rooms. I felt like I was in a mausoleum.

great location, comfy rooms and tastey breakfast.
Walking distance from Golden Temple. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good wifi connection. Breakfast was very good, lots of options.

Room had a mildew smell, front desk and almost all staff were very friendly, aside from the guy who insisted on opening my taxi door and then wouldn’t shut it without a tip. Great location but rooms and bathrooms need some upkeep.8&

The property is very well located. Walking distance to the Golden temple, the Partition museum, jallianwalla bagh , great shopping and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. We were able to book a car very easily through the hotel for our Waga border trip and for transfers to and from the airport. Good WiFi . Plenty of tuk Tuks outside the hotel gate to take you around old town. Overall highly recommend it.

The standard room was too small in size. There was smell in the quilt and the cups were not cleaned inside the room. There was hair in Chole kulche ( buffet breakfast)

Disappointment with Ramada Amritsar.
The hotel is clean and convenient, but one staff member will say one thing and no one else will honour it, the travel desk was rude. Very dissapointed will not recommend to anyone purely because of service. Was so annoyed on verge of putting up on all social media sites as well as some newspapers in the UK that I'm associated with.

If you are looking for a hotel closer to the golden temple then this is a place for you. The reception staff is very helpful but house keeping staff didnt do their job properly. We didnt had any face or floor towels. There was a shortage of toilet paper (for some reason), we would only get one toilet roll at a time.

Good place is a great location
So initially I was caught off guard, since we had to wait 10 minutes to get checked-in, but after that, the experience was great. The staff gave us a fantastic room, was attentive, and the service was good. We had an issue with the chef, who for whatever reason, decided not to make us French Toast, even though he had the ingredients to do so and was asking how he can help. This was surprising, but the staff later made us feel comfortable when we complained about it. The buffet is quite lavish, and the location is unbelievable, so I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It is very close to some of main attractions (Golden Temple, JaliawalaBagh). Property is very old but this is a best hotel in vicinity.

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es su ubicación a corta distancia de lis puntos de interés en Amritsar. Las habitaciones y especialmente la cama, excelentes. Muy criticable el asesoramiento que dan a los turistas. Cualquier servicio por el que pregunté, x ejemplo taxi al aeropuerto o excursión a Wagah Border, costaba 2 o 3 veces más que en otro lugar. Un robo. No entiendo porque no dan un buen servicio a sus pasajeros.

hotel situado a apenas 5 minutos caminando al templo dorado. el desayuno es muy bueno y variado, y para cenar la comida era muy sabrosa. wifi gratis.

Zentral gelegen
Das Hote ist ruhig und trotzdem liegt es zentral. Der goldene Tempel und das Jallianwala Bagh ist 800 m entfernt und fußläufig gut erreichbar. Zudem stehen am Beginn der Fußgängerzone die Hop on/Hop off Busse. Wir hatten die große Busfahrt um 11am für 368 Rs. pro Person gebucht. Sie beinhaltet neben den Besichtigungen auch die Fahrt zur Wagah Borderzeremonie und zurück. Also total günstig!!!! Da das Hotel zentral liegt, hielt der Bus direkt am Hotel.
