So initially I was caught off guard, since we had to wait 10 minutes to get checked-in, but after that, the experience was great. The staff gave us a fantastic room, was attentive, and the service was good. We had an issue with the chef, who for whatever reason, decided not to make us French Toast, even though he had the ingredients to do so and was asking how he can help. This was surprising, but the staff later made us feel comfortable when we complained about it. The buffet is quite lavish, and the location is unbelievable, so I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
