Regarding the service, we apologize if you felt the staff was a little curt. We value making our guests feel as comfortable as possible, so we regret this wasn't your experience. Our beds are different sizes than American brands, so they are not as big as an American queen size. We apologize that the bathroom did not meet your expectations, as well.
