The view was spectacular! The beds were very comfortable. The location is close to excellent bistros and boutiques that we enjoyed. The front desk is awesome! They made us feel welcome, gave us great service and hospitality. They even held some luggage for us for 1 week while we visited Kenya, and when we came back in the early morning until check in. The daily breakfast is delicious and healthy. Definitely try the coffee! We stayed here twice and would do it again.
Hotel was in great walking distance to everything !
Staff were extremely helpful !
Breakfast was great !
Only thing I found difficult were the rooms were very tiny but nice and if you are travelling with alot of luggage you need to ask for one of their larger rooms we were going on to a River Cruise so had two large bags & 2 carry on only room to open 1 of the large suitcases at a time !
Great location and super friendly staff. Room was modern and clean with great views over the canal. Breakfast was good. Like lots of European hotels, the room was cosy.
Denise and Rick and the whole staff were wonderful! They were very informative and helpful especially for us 1st timers to Amsterdam! The hotel is located in a great area able to walk to all the sights! And the price was reasonable!
Can’t wait to come back!
loved the staff, super helpful and friendly, happy to be there early mornings or late at night super impressed.
5 stars for staff. Hotel is in a great location, no luxury but clean and functional and as modern as you can be in an old building in downtown Amsterdam.
The staff was all lovely, the room was clean, housekeeping came daily, great location.. the only negative I can say is the room was small but that never made a difference to our break
