Reception is located on the 9th floor. My room was also on the 9th floor, which was very convenient to access the breakfast room. Good size room, comfy bed, large TV and large shower with good water pressure. Super location to train station and places to eat, including supermarket. I would definitely stay here again.

First and foremost the location is excellent - being close to both the train station and the underground making it so easy to get to and from the centre of Amsterdam. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff were always very helpful. I would stay here again.

Great location - several minutes aways from 2 subway and train stations and it's very quiet. The hotel and rooms are very clean and we'll maintained. And they have an amazing rooftop restaurant and bar. Super nice staff, great drinks, good food, and stunning view. This is the second time we visited Amsterdam and both times stayed at this hotel. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Excellent throughout - food, ambience, views, in hotel F&B, good gym and particularly the ever so helpful and lovely staff. The beds are super comfy and the rooms well appointed. Great location for the metro and train to / from Schiphol airport. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very professional, and the location was easily accessible by public transport. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and decor of the facilities, such as the common areas on the first floor and what impressed me the most was the Asian-style decor of the room. The only real issue, in my opinion, was the breakfast buffet. Not a lot of options.

The room was great, very spacious, the architecture is very nice and the location is great, you can get to the beautiful canals area of Amsterdam very quickly and the are where the hotel is located has some beautiful parks that are far from the tourist areas. What can be improved is breakfast, especially yhe smoked salmon.

The hotel was well maintained, with a superking bed which was very comfortable, a combination of firm and soft pillows, nice cold AC. Located close to metro stations which was convenient. The rooftop terrace was also nice. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.
