"Nice, good value apartment with just enough space for our family of four. Appreciated the kitchen facilities, especially the coffee pad machine and two bedrooms was a bonus. The steps up to them are steep though and would be a challenge to the mobility impaired, and as someone mentioned, the ‘exit’ light is ridiculously bright - we thought it was time to get up at 2am! Everything else is a positive though including the appealing location which is close to transport, eateries etc. Recommended!"

"The hotel location was fantastic. Maybe a 15 minute walk at a relaxed pace. The room condition was excellent. Clean, organised. After a lovely shower, it aided in how fresh we felt. We didn't use the room service, but the menu had a good selection. The staff were absolutely amazing. From assisting us with check in, to getting us medical assistance. My fiance (luckily) didn't need an ambulance, or hospital, but did require to speak to a doctor. I phoned reception and - I think her name was - Georgia, took our details and got in touch with health care professionals and then organised a taxi to get us to their practice. She went above and beyond. It was very much appreciated. The hotel location is also 5 minutes from the city centre and all the attractions that area is associated with. There's an Amsterdam Coffeeshop right across the road, and beside that there is a small shop that sells bottled water, snacks, etc. If I return to Amsterdam, this is the hotel I'm going to stay in. "

"If you are traveling alone it's 5 stars. If you are sharing the room with another person, you are in for interesting times as the bedroom and bathroom are single space. You gonna get to know your partner in a completely new way, if you know what i mean. Breakfast was great. Overall nice place, expect for the no privacy bathroom thing. "

"Amazing. Lift system is awesome ! Never had such a short wait for an elevator. Rooms amazing. Speaker is a really nice touch View is great! Curtains and electrical system slightly annoying as if one person leaves the room the lights go out leaving the other in darkness. And the blinds would close randomly which was annoying. "
