The room lighting was also a bit strange with just two bedside lights, and no overhead light. The staff was friendly and helpful with our many questions. The place was clean and safe."

"I enjoyed my stay, it's an old building so I didn't expect much from an old building in Amsterdam. If you've been to Amsterdam then you know of the steep staircases and thin hallways but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. "My family stayed at the hotel on our last day of vacation. The location is convenient to the airport and provides a great shuttle service to and from the airport. There are several eating places in the hotel which is good since there is nothing in walking distance to the location. It is busy with a lot of tour groups. The sleeping for the third person in our room was not very comfortable and squeaked a lot but luckily only there for 1 night."
