"Wonderful stay at the Kimpton De Witt June 2026. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was amazing. Well worth the additional charge. Hotel is very conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Also very close to central station and cruise terminals."

"The room was on the first floor near the street. He heard a couple people yelling a few times at 3 am and the neighbor slamming their door at 4 am didn't help. The room was also above their stock room delivery receiving area, so you would hear the banging of carts at 7 am. The room was very clean and mostly quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again but request a corner room."

"Hotel Rho was a great base for our city‑break trip. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and all the main sights. We stayed in a three‑person room, which was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs since we were out exploring most of the day and night. It gave us exactly what we needed: a solid place to crash and recharge. The breakfast buffet was a really nice surprise and great value. Plenty of options, fresh food, and a relaxed setup that made it easy to fuel up before heading out again. Overall, Hotel Rho delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, well‑located, good‑value spot for a fun weekend in Amsterdam."

"The hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced but the property is immense, has no charm, and the service is spotty. I had to ask three times for an extra pillow before I finally got one on our last night. On the other hand, the information person was quite helpful. The room was fine but one light didn’t work well and the room seemed dark at night."

"We stayed at the hotel last year and had a wonderful, spacious room with canal view. This year, I booked a regular room and was disappointed as soon as I opened the curtain to a view of vents and walls. The pool and hottub were both out of order, which is disappointing when you boik a5-star hotel and really look forward to a spa day. The staff was very nice, and I would recommend the restaurant. The Amrath is very conveniently located, 2 blocks away from Centraal and 3 blocks from the Red Light District. I would stay here again but book a room with a canal view."
