"This was like a glorified hostel. They give you a free bottle of champagne to make you forget how dingy it is. The room was TINY and not to mention, they have elevators for the higher floors but if you’re on the lower you have to not only carry your bags up the stairs to get into the property but up the set of stairs to the first floor. I know it’s Europe, and I planned for that; but good to know for those that don’t. My biggest issue was that the people in the room from me came back at 4am...

"The room was very nice and well-appointed. The shower was a bit challenging in terms of not getting the floor wet and the bed was a little soft, but we liked very much being in walking distance of the train station and busy parts of the city while facing a quiet place to return to At the end of the day. The front desk staff seemed a bit harried occasionally but it was a busy time between Xmas and New Years. The breakfast was plentiful and nicely done and we appreciated the little treats on the concierges desk and water by the front desk. "
