A great hotel, the staff are very kind and helpful. We stayed in a Junior suite and it was lovely, but the noise from the street was quite loud. The trams run until 12:30 and begin again at 5:30. There is lots of Street activity too. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Towels were large and lush. Terry bathrobes and slippers provided. Our room on 4th floor was relatively quiet for a downtown hotel. Coffee and tea in well appointed lounge area available 24/7.
