1. The entrance and way to reception was really bad and dangerous with construction materials all over the place
2. There is NO MENTION of construction activity at all on Expedia. This is DECEPTIVE marketing.
3. The complimentary breakfast was just a coffee machine which did not work sometimes and some packaged cookies and pastries kept in a dusty environment. This is not a definition of ‘breakfast included’
4. The twin bed room was not as per pictures in Expedia. The beds we got were placed with headboards together and not side-by side as shown on Expedia.
5. The room that we got was not ready for guests. There were open unfinished outlets on the wall.
6. Part of the room did not have any lights. It was very difficult to navigate around, eat or access our things due to this issue.
7. The bathroom lights could not be turned off
8. Had alerted the staff of the situation and the staff came and inspected the room and noted that what we told was accurate.
9. Told the hotel manager as well at the time of checkout
10. Did not expect this kind of room / lodging for the price that we paid for our 2-night stay.
11. Expecting some level of compensation or refund for these issues.
