"Fantastic stay for our family trip. Check in was very simple and our room was ready early. The hotel is impressive and very well located, close to attractions, restaurants and bars. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bar staff were amazing! Highly recommend for a stay in Amsterdam."

"This is a very budget hotel and is very expensive for what it is. It’s central so they charge way more than they should. There is nothing but tiny rooms. You never see staff. You let yourself in with codes. The bathroom did not even have soap or shampoo. Because it’s in downtown Amsterdam it is very very noisy. People in the street below were walking, talking and shouting until 4am. For what this is, it’s very expensive. The dirty sheets were just left on the floor at the top of the stairs. The stair to get to rooms are very steep. Don’t book this hotel if you have any trouble with mobility. "

"A relatively small frontage hides a large open reception, bar and garden area. Polite and friendly front of house. We had a classic room, which while small (as we knew when booking), managed to pack in a soft banquette area, fridge, table, safe and some nice lighting options. Complimentary tea, Nespresso and water. A large sliding screen in front of the window kept the room really dark at night. Our sink was open to the room, while the shower and WC had frosted glass doors. If you are shy, not brilliant, but you can switch up the lighting for privacy."
