"The hotel offered a clean place to lay our heads after catching the downtown bus right across the street. Very convenient access to the bus and staff gave great instructions. It was not your fault the kitchen caught on fire just as we were going to dinner. We had to order in mediocre quality pizza instead. It was a letdown for our last day in the Netherlands."

"Very close to train station and all the action. Wifi worked fine. Con’s. You have to carry your suitcase up 6 flights of extremely narrow and circular high pitched stairs.Very dangerous and almost impossible. We never saw any staff at all. No shampoo or soap containers were empty The room is so small the bed just fits and you cannot walk around the bed foot at all. No a/c and it is very warm even now beginning of May "

"This hotel has a lot of positives, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The hotel is steps away from the central train station. A very busy area, however with windows closed our room was very quiet. Our main negative, we booked the Executive room with canal view. The description says it sleeps 4, however our room was very small with only 1 chair. I had to go down to guest services twice to get another chair sent up. The description on the website showed a loveseat. Our room was so small, there was no room for a loveseat hardly enough to walk around with the 2 chairs. Definitely the website and the room we booked did not match the room we were given. We were very dissapointed!! "

"The hotel conditions were terrible. It is old building, very crippy stairs not appropriate for elder people. No elevator, small and stinky rooms. The Hotels image is deceiving. I thought I was getting a room looking at the canal, Nothing to do with the image. On top of this it was very expensive hotel for a lousy hotel. "
