The hotel was perfect for visiting Amsterdam. Close to the train and canals for easy transportation but also walkable to a majority of sights. The hotel was beautiful! I would definitely stay again!!

The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping did a great job, and all staff we talked with were spectacular - knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The pool and saunas were wonderful. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working, but that was only a minor disappointment. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of Amsterdam Centraal, and allows for easy navigation through the city.

The outer building of the hotel is impressive, but the rooms are very dated and not up to standard anymore. Location is good, sauna and pool facilities are small but good. Unfortunately they were filming something at the hotel which took up the whole lobby area in the morning, then decided to film the first floor where we were staying. We weren’t warned about this in advance and it was very noisy and disturbing.
