In a central location. Undergoing changes and the elevator was broken so that hurt our experience since we had a stroller with us.

This is a great hotel right in the heart of Amsterdam. Very safe because it is nearby a police station! Walkable is just about everything and there is a metro right outside the door. Our only note was that the breakfast was underwhelming. The staff were wonderful though, and the rooms are nice.

The rooms aren't big, but this is an Amsterdam hotel in an old building, so one wouldn't expect them to be. There only thing to complain about are the pillows which were lumpy. That could be easily fixed. When I had a medical episode the staff at there front desk were very helpful and I can't compliment them enough.

The room was clean, the staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. Cons. While the bedding and pillows were puffy soft and very comfortable, the mattress topper on our single beds kept sliding off the mattress, so much so one of the guest in our quad room fell off the bed. It was great laughter for us but staff must be mindful of bedding fabrics and secure them properly. The bathroom floors are not heated. We had a great rest and stay. Will rate it highly.

Great central Location. Works really well for a short break. Breakfast was good enough (not fabulous but more than adequate). Surprisingly , pleasantly no street noise overnight bearing in mind city centre location.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the handwritten welcome post card and treat. The building is very Amsterdam as it’s a little lopsided in the room but felt authentic. Would recommend

Great location, within 10 min walk from Centraal Station. Friendly staff and able to store luggage either before check in or post check out. I did not purchase the breakfast but they had a dedicated room and ample seating from what I saw.
