"This is a good but perhaps not five star hotel. The staff were great (especially at breakfast, which is a treat). However housekeeping couldn’t clean our room until nearly 4pm on two occasions (having been out from 10am) and the room was more 3-4 star than 5. It’s a good location though and we enjoyed our stay. If it had been rated a 4 star hotel and priced according it would be a score of 4/5. It was too expensive for what it was however. "

"Yes. There is a buffet or you can order from the kitchen. You can also order coffee or a latte or other choices. The staff is super nice and friendly."

"Every thing was good except the house keeping, the body wash bottle was empty, I just realized that when I went into the shower, when I asked to fill the body wash bottle it didn’t happen the next day because the house keeping staff does not understand English, I had to physically show them what to want so they understand and making the bed was horribly, I had to redo it my self."

A bit noisy (street activity, traffic), but very clean and spacious bathroom and bedroom. Appreciated being able to store our luggage before checkin and after checkout for a few hours."
