"Great location next to Vondel park. Nearby museums and some places to eat. Easy tram rides to other parts of the city. The hotel itself was clean, everything worked except for the TV which needed a new remote.The staff was great. Very helpful with questions and suggestions."

"The staff members were very knowledgeable about Amsterdam and will intro discussion sites and restaurants. I had a room facing the backyard and there actually is a Neighbor’s Magnolia tree in the garden area. And it was blooming !"

"Excellent location for exploring Amsterdam, right next to Leidseplein, few mins from Rijksmuseum, canal tours, easy walk to Vondelpark, inner canal ring, Anne Frank House etc. Close to many bars and eateries/restaurants. Trams stop just outside. Good choice foods at breakfast (buffet only, not cooked to order). We ate elsewhere in the evening, so can't comment on dinner. Nice clean room, large shower, comfy bed and pillows."

"Room was not clean with multiple stains on the walls and furniture, dust on tables/cabinets, and mine had two old socks in the room when I arrived. Location is fine given the close access to the tram but further away from the more interesting parts of the city than I initially thought. Staff was okay, although when I arrived, the middle-aged white woman working at the desk gave me a deadpan stare for several seconds before finally greeting me which I thought was strange. Breakfast was a let-down with not much variety or fresh tasting food and the cups did not look clean. Overall, if I ever come back to Amsterdam, the likelihood of me returning to this hotel is next to zero. "
