We stayed at the hotel twice in June 2025, for five nights each time. We loved the hotel, but we especially appreciated the kind and attentive staff. We had a great experience at this hotel! The location is perfect—just steps away from shopping, restaurants, museums, and the tram, which made getting around super easy. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was much appreciated. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were all very kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The staff were very courteous and friendly. The included breakfast and always available coffee were great. Only things missing were a bar and air conditioning in the public areas. Fortunately they did have it in the room. Overall a great hotel. It just happened we arrived during a very hot spell and the ac was missed. I would definitely recommend though.
