No name value for the Hyatt!
Overall the service and cleaning at this Hyatt are terrible despites its name value. Everyday the cleaning of room has not been complete until 5 pm. Even upon our arrival after 5 pm on the first day our room was not ready yet. Furthermore every day cleaning has been quite rough (towels, shampoo, etc.). The service at the front desk was even more problematic because our request to print the COVID-19 test result was not taken care of properly. It has been really disappointing to stay here six nights by paying 300 euros per day!!!! I have never experienced such a uncomfortable treatment at the Hyatt in my life.

주변환경이 조용하고 편안한 분위기. 시설이 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있음. 식당이용의 선택의 폭은 좁은편. 오직 인도네시안 식당밖에 없어서 아쉬웠음

편리한 위치와 만족스런 시설, 친절한 직원들
이 호텔은 암스테르담 중요위치에 가깝게 위치해 여행에 편합니다. 센트럴 역까지 지하철로 3정거장, 주요 뮤지엄까지 트램으로 3-4정거장 정도입니다. 그렇지만 조용한 위치여서 좋습니다. 시설은 표준 하얏트호텔 수준입니다. TV 등도 보기 편합니다. 아이폰 등과 연동하기 편합니다. 직원들은 친절하게 대해 줍니다. 여러 질문에도 잘 답변해 주었고, 이것저것 요청한 것도 잘 응대해 주었습니다. 호텔내에 인도네시아식 식당이 있는데, 보기에 따라 장단점이 될 수 있습니다. 음식은 좋습니다. 아침 부페는 괜찮은 편입니다. 유일한 단점은 손님이 많다는 점인데, 제가 관광피크시즌에 간 것도 영향이 있는 듯 합니다 (튤립 축제 기간)

Be ready to pay 29.99 per night for city taxes. Expedia price did include Breakfast which was 30 each day which I guess balanced having to pay for city taxes. Other that that hotel location was within walking distance of every cool place.

Overall, I had a good stay at this property. I had a few staff interactions that felt pretty rude though. Here are some examples: I asked the front desk after I exercised if I could purchase a protein bar from the front desk (I saw this on the room service menu). The receptionist looked at me and said maybe in the “club lounge” they had this, but she didn’t “think I had access to that,” without having checked my room number. She checked anyway and that interaction was more or less fine, just a miscommunication. A second time, I came back from lunch late in the day and had leftovers. I went to the front desk to ask for silverware, and another receptionist asked me “do you have a room here?” And I said yes but I really wanted to ask “why on earth would I come in here just to ask for silverware?!” It felt a bit insulting as it made me feel like I wasn’t a guest at my own hotel. The combination of experiences no turn down service during my whole stay (which was never communicated to me) has left me at 3 stars. The hotel is in a great location and has great amenities, but the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. Hope you take the feedback into consideration when interacting with guests. Subtle shifts in tone and fostering a welcoming environment can make a world of difference. My feedback doesn’t apply to the servers at the restaurant who were all really kind.

The staff was tremendous; so very friendly helpful and informative. The restaurant was very, very good. I also told them upon checking out that the Junior Suite we stayed in was without question the most well designed/thought-out, most user- friendly hotel room I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel feels modern and contemporary. All fittings feel new. The bar and free pool table have a lovely cosy feel. the hotel is located 100m from the metro and tram lines so it is really easy to either head in to Amsterdam central, or out to the Ajax stadium, or around on the tram to the Museum sector and Anne Frank museum.
