"Everything was incredible! The customer service was above-and-beyond from all of the hotel’s staff and exceeded my expectations. The Henann resorts all have beautifully design. This wasn’t my first Henann. The swimming pools, the garden and its landscapes, the La Costa restaurant, the rooftop’s swimming pool overlooking the beach and the sea. What really impressed me the most of all was how clean everything was, spotless, considering that this resort is sold out. I was also impressed with how fast the room service was. I ordered a chicken adobo dish and it was brought to my room within 20 minutes. I asked to press iron my business suit and it was done within 1 hour! I was like wow! I highly recommend any Henann resorts."

"Great hotel, located right near the Ocean. The food is fantastic with live band at night. Staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Room is very clean with comfy beds very roomy as I always booked the Superior Suites or the Deluxe. Loved their swimming pools. Conveniently located In Tagbilaran City. I will definitely book this hotel over and over again."
