Super friendly staff, very clean hotel, the breakfast buffet was top notch with friendly staff and chefs. The swimming pool area was immaculate. The room also was very spacious with an elegant bathroom and baclony view of the inner quad swimming pool area. The entire Henann brand is highly recommended, I’ll definitely be back with my family.

The room is immaculately clean. Buffet bfast was amazing with plenty of food choices from local to European kind. Pool was clean, not over crowded and was open for a good reasonable time. Staff very friendly and attentive. An excellent stay I should say.

Check in was smooth.. ocean view room above the pool was very nice. Great shower with hot water, Safe, mini fridge.. Smart TV(ours unfortunately did not work).. only issue I have with this location is the distance to the beach is roughly 10 minutes. You can use the Henann beach chairs, but you cannot have access to bathrooms or sister resort Alona’s pool.. if you sit anywhere near the front row. You will constantly get hassled by beach vendors …just a fair warning. This was our second stay at a Henann resort. Both were very nice. But I would say this resort was extra special when it came to the staff. Everyone and I mean, everyone was completely on top of their game and very very nice!!!

The hotel is very nice and clean. All the workers from receptionist, waiters, guard, golf cart driver and other workers. No problem easy to talk too and you will understand them good English. I’m coming back again next year.

This resort was amazing for covering all the right things. The room was very clean, the staff were very accommodating and their breakfast buffet was excellent. I have been around the world and this resort has shown me that there can always be a place out but this is as great as it gets!!! The staff are making sure that you are enjoying your stay! Henann is very renowned hotel chain and this place was very nice, clean, cozy with cheerful/gentle staff. I enjoyed my stay here so much. One thing was the swimming pool was a bit smaller than expected, warm pool was not filled with warm water, the beach was a bit far away - we had to go out of the hotel and walk for 5-10 minutes through the Henann Alona Beach area. Other than that everything was very good.
