"We had a huge room- but, over the front door- big window, not at all private, a little noisy, no fresh air. Room very clean and well equipped- robes, slippers, eye mask, etc. but desk lamp would not turn off except to unplug it. Heated towel rack did not work. Comfortable bed, many pillows. Bathroom spacious but odd- soap dispenser opposite tap at sink- 24” opposite. Weird. Hotel busy, felt safe, reasonably central- 20 minutes walk to anywhere, but in pedestrian only zone so no ride share or cab to the door- about one block walk. Breakfast room spacious and light, good assortment of foods- and hosts circulated offering fresh poached egg or green soup. Front desk staff very helpful and nice. Reasonably priced for central Amsterdam."
