“I reserved non smoking room and completed the payment before travelling. However, I got a room in smoking floor and suffered from smells coming from other rooms.”

“very bad”

“The key did not work on checking in. They had to change the battery in the lock to get in the room. This tells me housekeeping couldn’t get in there either which is consistent with the sheets needed to be changed and the room needed to be cleaned. After some time of turning the air conditioner off the room smelled of ammonia. The balcony doors had to be opened and the AC turned back on to clear the room out. The staff was helpful and corrected everything as soon as it was pointed out except...

“Super flot sted!”

“One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Our room at Vida in Manama had a persistent sewage smell throughout our entire stay. “I had a very long layover and I stayed here and I loved it. The space was clean and it was big enough to hold two people comfortably. I definitely recommend it if you have a long layover or just want to freshen up.”

“Check on fast and easy , Missed the request for extra towels Received the requested slippers Mattress was not even and the age of it is expired not comfy at all 2 pillows for 2 adults in the room not convenient Extra bathroom in living room is a plus , TV channels is not working in proper way and outdated TV”

“Quality of hotel is fine, and room is clean and comfortable. But service mind of staff seems very poor. Why hotel reception is taking customers passport and keep it during stays? Passport is the only ID for the travellers, and must be with customers!! not with hotel reception. I've never seen a hotel takes customers passport for security reason. ”
