Lovely B&B

Really lovely B&B in a great location. We preferred Anacapri to Capri as slightly quieter. End of line bus stop minutes away so you could easily get on. Owners very friendly. Breakfast great. Outside areas well appointed and relaxing. Good value for money. Nothing not to like. Would definitely go again.

Beautiful B&B

B&B Bettola del Re was a lovely place to stay! The hosts were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast included was very nice. The accomodation is in a quiet area of Ana Capri, just a short walk from town. Definitely recommend staying here!

This is a must stay! Don’t stay in Capri stay in Anacapri…it is more quaint and this property is beautiful. Great room, breakfast and excellent service. Close to the shops, cafes and chair lift with amazing views.

Cute bed and breakfast, pretty close to Anacapri. Staff is friendly, room is clean, and the free breakfast is insanely good. Should be noted that if you want to sleep past 9am, the barking dog on site will definitely wake you up.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I stayed for 7 days, and I had the best service, cleanest facilities, and wonderful views. The location was excellent, because it was far away from the bustle of downtown Capri, but it was walking distance to all the shops in Anacapri and extremely safe. And if you want to go to downtown Capri, you can take a bus that runs every 10 minutes. The room was extremely clean, and everything was new. The hosts, Claudio and Susana, were very pleasant and had an amazing breakfast set out every morning. They also have a Shuttle service to bring you to Marina Grande. All, and all, it makes sense to book here. Nothing but good things to say about Bettola del Re! Thank you for your kind hospitality! I will be returning next year.

Wonderful owner of this small, intimate property! Very friendly and accommodating family-run business owners. Breakfast was a delicious spread of all kinds of foods. Rooms and outside areas were modernized, clean, manicured and beautiful. we used their shuttle service down the hill to catch our ferry and it was affordable and pleasant. Added bonus- the sunsets were amazing! Would return to this place again and again. Highly recommend!

too far from center of town

i thought it was closer to the center of anacapri but it was quite far. it was too dangerous to walk on the road so you had to take a shuttle bus or a taxi if you could find one. for that reason, i would not book here again

Located in quiet location of Anacapri within easy walking distance to center where all restaurants and shops are. Bus stop near by. Breakfast served from lovely terrace with nice see view. Owners Claudio and Suzanna are super friendly and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay in Bettola del Re and in Anacapri.

Definitely stay here.

This place was absolutely top-notch. Immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was so hot and cozy since we were there in December the weather was nasty, it was a super easy walk to the bus stop for capri and just a bit further was the center of Anacapri - perfect location. The hosts were probably the nicest and most helpful, welcoming people we met in all of Italy. They gave great recommendations and the breakfast was delicious. Also their little dog was the absolute cutest and was so playful with us. Definitely recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the expectations set by the photos. The images suggested sea views, but our room had none. The room itself had a noticeable musty smell, and the breakfast was just average at best. While the hosts were polite, the atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming—especially with an unfriendly dog on the property, which seemed out of place for a B&B. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price we paid.

The minute we arrived at Bettola Del Ray, Claudio and his wife were absolutely delightful! Claudio picked us up from the ferry port and quickly delivered the four of us and bags in his minivan. Once we saw the property, I knew we made a good choice. Beautiful surroundings, lovely patio/deck to watch sunsets, walking distance to everything, spotlessly clean and a delicious breakfast with homemade items. Although the rooms are small, they have everything you need! We spent very little time in the rooms as there was so much to see in Anacapri and Capri…we walked everywhere, and when we were tired, there was always a local bus to pick us up. Claudio and his family are local residents who know everything and everyone…they’ll tell you best restaurants, activities and tours…or just enjoy the surroundings. I would highly recommend Bettola!
