장단점 있는 호텔
카프리 물가에 비하면 가성비 괜찮은 듯. 사진 만큼 좋지는 않지만 나쁘지도 않음. 아나카프리 버스 내려 약 10분 정도 거리. 바다쪽 일몰 보이지만 전망이 약간 가려짐. 아들이 하는 식당(100미터 정도 떨어진 곳)에서 체크인-아웃을 해야하는게 불편하고, 그 레스토랑에서 조식 제공하는데 먹을만 한 것이 없을 정도임. 카프리 물가가 워낙 비싼 곳이기에 감안해야할 듯...(개인적인 의견-카프리는 전망 좋은 비싼 호텔에 숙박하고 요트 타고 정식 풀 코스 요리 즐기면 좋은 곳이지만, 그게 아니라면 아침에 들어와 저녁에 나가는 것이 가성비 면에서 나을 듯)

Der Eigentümer ist sehr unfreundlich, launisch und unflexibel. Aussenbereich inklusive Pool ist Kameraüberwacht. Zimmer ist abgewohnt. Bad sogar schimmelig.

Ospitare i coniugi Mike è stata una spiacevole esperienza, per la prima volta non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio ad avere ospiti in casa. Nonostante il check-in fosse alle 14 (ed erano avvisati) si sono presentati alle 08:50 e siccome il cancello era chiuso hanno bussato alla casa di fianco, sono saliti sul terrazzo e hanno lasciato le valigie nel nostro giardino oltrepassando la ringhiera (cosa inaudita). Sono poi tornati alle 10 di nuovo, e mentre la signora era intenta a pulire la struttura, hanno riposizionato le valigie e si sono cambiati fuori la finestra di una camera occupata. Durante il loro soggiorno hanno spostato sedie e ombrelloni a loro piacimento graffiando l'area piscina, spostato le telecamera di sorveglianza e cosa più grave, hanno manomesso la pompa di calore che riscaldava la piscina provocando un errore e facendo si che smettesse di funzionare. Per i giorni a seguire (circa 3) l'acqua è stata fredda e quindi anche gli altri ospiti della struttura non hanno potuto utilizzare la piscina con idromassaggio (Novembre). Ovviamente quanto scritto è documentato.

Basic, but nice and clean room in Anacapri. Walking distance from the center. Modern bathroom. Nice little pool.

Do Not stay here. The owner lacks professionalism is rude. Expedia and I tried to contact the hotel to change the dates on the reservation but no one has been available. Once on the phone the owner has hung up, yelled, and been unaccommodating. The owner also lied about hearing from Expedia and me last minute as we contacted him as soon as the reservation was made.

Great location for Blue Grotto and town of Anacapr
The setting for the property from our balcony was beautiful. Room was well appointed. Convenient to town. On a very busy street with many vehicles so a good idea to cross street and walk through the side roads to town. Also, if you need a quiet place this has vehicle traffic starting early in the morning through out the day. Breakfast is available at a separate location down the road in the morning. Housekeeping excellent and extremely kind

Es hat mir hier nicht gefallen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht richtig. Die Zimmer und das angebotene Frühstück sind nicht 200€ pro Nacht wert. Das Panorama vom Balkon war nicht wie ich es mir erwartet hatte. Es war weiter weg vom Meer und nicht direkt über dem Meer. Das Frühstück wurde ca. 150m vom B&B entfernt in einem separatem Café angeboten. Die Straße um das Café zu erreichen ist für Touristen gefährlich da diese sehr eng ist und sie stark befahren ist. Autos kommen von beiden Seiten und es gibt keinen Gehweg. Man muss den Autos auf der Straße ausweichen. Ausserdem ist es sehr ungemütlich für einen Touristen nicht im selben Haus zu frühstücken. Leider gibt es auch keine kostenlose Stornierung.. Sollte die Reservierung nicht wahrgenommen werden können, muss man den kompletten Betrag bezahlen. Der Besitzer war sehr unhöflich und ich rate deshalb sehr ab hier her zu gehen. Es gibt so viele andere schöne Orte auf Capri die das ganze zu einem richtigen Preis anbieten und sich für die Gäste mehr Mühe geben als dieser "Gastgeber"!

Come già segnalato su altri portali dove è stata lasciata la medesima recensione, l'ospite voleva cancellare la mattina stessa dell'arrivo alle 10.00 e giustamente non è stato possibile in quanto affermava che era impossibilitato a raggiungere l'isola quando Capri è collegata a terraferma (Napoli, Sorrento, Costiera Amalfitana e Salerno) da ben 25 aliscafi al giorno fino alle 22.00 di sera. Vedendosi negata la cancellazione del soggiorno (una notte tra l'altro) l'ospite ha deciso di raggiungerci lo stesso, cercando di danneggiare l'immagine della struttura. Cordialmente

What an awesome place in an an amazing location! Right in the heart of Anacapri and within walking distance of the town square and bus stops. We found this place to be the perfect getaway with an amazingly helpful staff. The family owned cafe/bar Bar Grotta Azzurra is also an awesome place for drinks, breakfast, paninis and coffee.

Local spot in Anacapri
Awesome room with a huge balcony/terrasse looking over the sea. Cool location in Anacapri, quieter compared to Capri and feels more local. Check-in was easy at the local cafe, which also serves as a great spot to have breakfast in the morning. Would go back!

Clean,- magnificent view from terracce!
Magnificent view feom beatifull terrace, sunset over Ischia, short way to beautiful trips, very clean and inviting room and terrace, very friendly owner and delicious breakfast. A winner!!

Sehr empfehlenswert zur Entdeckung Capris
Sehr nettes B&B in Anacapri. Schön dekorierte Zimmer. Teilweise mit Meerblick und kleiner Terrasse. Frühstück wird im Familiencafe serviert. Bushaltestelle sowie kleiner Supermarkt in direkter Nähe.

Great location, cozy place in Anacapri.
I loved my stay! I would definitely come back on my next trip to Italy. the location is perfect and is close to the main attractions on the island. you can get transportation right in the corner. It's close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast you get it at the cafe that's owned by the family that owns the place. Breakfast is amazing but they give only sweets so be prepared. Also, be careful with the sides of the bed that because are metal you can run into it and get some bruises. Besides that I can say that my time there was absolutely wonderful. Just be awarw that is on the top part of the Island not close to the main Capri and I learned that it is even a better location.

Had a great stay at the B&B. The staff at the family's restaurant down the street were very friendly and helpful. They also provide the daily included breakfast. The room is cozy and has a great view from the porch area of the B&B. The town of Anacapri has many shops and restaurants to choose from and the town is more relaxed than the area of Capri. There are local bus stops close by which get you to many different locations on the Isle. The B&B is close to Monte Solaro, which is a must see. Would highly recommend this place!

apesar de um pouco afastado, o quarto era bem aconchegante e o pessoal, que ficava num café, era super atencioso. Vale apenas ficar em Anacapri que bem legal e não é aquela loucura de turistas de capri
