“Dana, was there when we checked in, she was beyond friendly and helpful. She needs recognition for excellent customer service. I have worked customer service for many years and know how hard can be. The other staff members were all very friendly as well. My only issue would be...Wishing the patio by the pool would be open not the pool so much but the patio., I am a night owl and would have loved sitting in that area after 10pm.”

This was one of the best, if not the best lodging experience we’ve had in all our travels around the world. The customer service was truly outstanding!! “Our stay was amazing the staff were amazing beds were so comfortable. They even called us to let us no my son had left his bugs bunny stuffy just shortly after we left. So they got to cleaning very quickly after we checked out and gave our deposit back right after they were done cleaning the room. Pool and hot tub were so nice and comfortable. That's where we will be staying from now on.”

“출장으로 2인 퀸 더블에서 4박하였습니다. 한국인의 입장에서, 호텔 객실의 청결도나 건물상태, 직원들의 서비스 마인드 모두 만족스러웠고, 무료 조식제공 서비스도 괜찮았습니다. 힐튼 계열의 숙박체인이고, 어지간한 큰 호텔보다 낫습니다. 같은 햄턴 이라도 샌프란시스코 게이트웨이쪽의 햄턴은 서비스 엉망이더군요... 사우스 벌링턴 햄턴인은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 단, 칫솔과 치약은 제공 안되니 꼭 챙겨가시기를...”
