“Nice rooms, comfortable beds. I could not adjust the thermostat. Shower glass should be moveable. The hotel is oddly laid out in it’s lot, to get to the east side of the property you either have to drive all the way around from the front of the hotel or turn in by the Mexican restaurant.”

“The night staff was so nice to us. We got in super late and we had to wake him up but he was so kind. We only stayed for 3 hours, just to rest before the ferry but he was so kind to us. It's a lovely hotel.”

“Clean room and very comfortable bed. Was quiet and the breakfast was great. Staff was helpful. The only issue we had was with the check-in staff. He was VERY hard to understand. Needs more practice with English. His accent was so pronounced I had to ask him twice what he was saying and sometimes still didn't understand. Other than that our stay was great and in a very convenient place for us.”

“The Hero is great for a romantic getaway with spa services. The jetted tubs in the rooms are enormous. The ambiance is cozy. The free breakfast includes eggs made to order. The massages are awesome. We will be back.”

“Great location with friendly staff. We had the family suite and it was nice, clean with a mini fridge, Keurig, two tvs and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. The property is beautiful and you are right downtown Laconner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there is tea,coffee & hot water with hot cocoa/apple cider packets 24/7. They even had cookies during the day! There are great restaurants within a minute to 5 minute walk. We ate at Nell Thorn and sat outside on the patio on the...
