"My only regret is that I can’t give it 6 out of 5!
To start with, even before I arrived Ayoub had made contact with me, sorted out where I needed to park and arranged to meet me. If you know anything about Fes then it’s well worth being guided in that first time!
The Riad itself is stunning, tucked away around the 7 turns that lead to it, it’s an oasis. A beautiful building with an adjoining ‘sister’ Riad that is also stunning. The staff instantly made you feel welcome and at ease. Ayoub...
"We visited in the last week of August as a family vacation (4). Riad Letchina was a beautiful experience, from the service to the food and the exquisite architecture. Totally recommend the in house cooking by Fatema, absolutely delicious. "
"The Riad Jamaï is a peaceful and beautiful place to rest, disconnect and enjoy the city.
It’s no near to the Medina, but is easy and cheap take a taxi.
The staff is helpful and kind.
We dinner at the hotel and the food are so good
The pool is small but it’s fantastic to refresh in his wonderful patio.
We recommend be a guest at this Riad."
"Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk to the old market and the university. The staff, especially Tariq, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided great insights into the area and places to visit. Keep in mind that the property is located in the medina at the end of a narrow alley, offering a truly authentic Moroccan neighborhood experience. It’s about a 3-5 minute walk from where a taxi would drop you off. Definitely worth returning for the experience and exceptional...
"Be prepared to be treated like royalty! The staff is so attentive and helpful. They were helpful arranging drivers and so accommodating to our needs.
The meals are exceptional and served in an elegant courtyard filled with spectacular architecture and marble. "
"Anwar and his staff were amazing, and would go beyond expectation, their service are amazing, very kind and friendly staff. They took care of us from the first days we arrived when taxi dropped us, till last minute before we left. Gave good advices, highly recommend staying here. "
"The staff was very helpful and the breakfasts were huge and delicious, The central dining area is stunning. The bedroom was okay but appropriate for the nightly cost"

"The Riad is absolutely beautiful, Masha’Allah! Aesthetically stunning and filled with antiques that reflect deep pride and love for Moroccan culture. It’s one of the most tastefully decorated Riads we’ve stayed in and truly captures the charm of Morocco.
One of the main reasons for staying at a Riad is to experience Moroccan hospitality, and overall, this place delivered beautifully. The lady at check-in was very sweet and communicated well from the time we booked, but I didn’t appreciate her insistence on negating our pre-arranged tour. We had chosen a tip-based tour, and she strongly suggested using her $30 option instead.
The two gentlemen on the night shift were amazing. They offered us a plate and knife for oranges from the common area. Older gentleman (possibly owner), said “Please, this is your home,” and younger one served us Moroccan tea with a smile, free of charge. They truly reflected Moroccan warmth and kindness.
What surprised me was being charged 25 dirhams for tea the next day. I didn’t mind paying, but consistency in policies would be appreciated. There was also no iron available. Since Morocco is a Muslim country with many Muslim visitors, I was also surprised they only had one prayer mat when we requested two. Prayer mats should be readily available, as it’s a simple way to make Muslim guests feel at home.
Overall, the Riad is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are kind. Just a few small improvements would make the experience perfect.

"I traveled alone to Fez not knowing what to expect. My host picked me up at the airport and made me feel safe and at home . The place is beautiful and the staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely go back. "

"We had a wonderful experience. Tariq was just incredible. He made sure that before leaving the Riyad that all our questions were addressed properly. Tariq was an absolute help during our stay. Thanks again and we will be back. "
"Phenomenal experience, extremely professional hospitality staffs, service from genuine heart, clean facilities, and most of all the aesthetic of the hotel is breath taking.
There's no reason to not stay in this hotel. it's in old medina but still close from the entrance no problem at all even if you have heavy luggages.
Since it's near to the historical tannery and artisans but smell of tannery never reaches to the hotel so no worries at all. panoramic view of the terrace is also amazing. I am most definitely willing to visit this riad again, highly recommend it to others too."
"My family and I really loved our stay in Fès. It was our first time ever in Morocco, and Mehdi was incredibly helpful. He connected us with a tour guide for our first day, which let us see many things we would have missed otherwise. The Riad is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location — right across from the Andalusian Mosque and about a 10 minute walk from Seffarine Square, the tanneries, and many incredible markets. Every morning, Fatiha, the chef, prepared an amazing meal, as well as mint tea and coffee. She is one of the sweetest, funniest people around. We also had dinner at the riad one night, which was, unsurprisingly, delicious. We are vegetarian, and Fatiha was very accommodating. Some of our favorite moments were just sitting and drinking tea on the patio.
One more general thing, not related to our stay - We had some trouble on arrival. Our plane was delayed and we ended up landing at 1:30 in the morning, which caused some trouble with the transport we’d arranged. As long as you aren’t trying to show up in the middle of the night, though, all should be good. Mehdi still went above and beyond in order to sort everything out, and wound up staying up until we arrived. And then drove us to the airport for our departure. He couldn't have been more helpful and kind - highly recommend House Andalous!"
"Luxury hotel with excellent service in an interesting location. Staff is top notch. Recommendations for restaurants and excursions are stellar. I stayed eight nights and definitely needed all those recommendations."
"A beautiful 16th Century Fes Palace. We had a comfortable room on the ground floor just off the central courtyard. Roof terrace with commanding views of the city.
Very helpful manager and staff. Good Moroccan breakfast and dinner available. "
