“Dar Drissi is lovely. The location is great. We had the family room which has one king bed and 3 singles. An en-suite, large bathroom and a balcony sitting area that looks over the fountain in the main area below. The terrace on the roof is incredible and the breakfast scrumptious. We also had their home cooked dinner was large and delicious. We highly recommend Dar Drissi for your stay in Fes. ”

“The room was a dump. Ever seen a hotel room with a bathroom without a door? The shower on the WC? Here is one just a plastic curtain to stop the water from the shower (we had to soak towels to make sure it did not make it into the room). And the dump smells. Oh, and the water smelled of sewage. Breakfast was largely packaged items. No freshly squeezed juice or yoghurt. Quite disappointing given the reviews. The manager was only interested in pestering us to eat at his restaurant and his tours....

“I don't even know where to start. Karim the manager was an angel; so kind, accommodating, and also knowledgeable about Moroccan history. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working.
