The room is extremely comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful bathrooms and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. The only area that needs improvement is the food and breakfast. They should work on that. I ordered room service and it was very mediocre, and I mentioned it to the front desk. The restaurant quality does not match the rest of the hotel. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. "

"All staff were very friendly in Palais Moulay and always willing to help us with things such as: carrying our heavy bags & suitcases. Breakfast had a good selection. The riad was very clean and pretty - everything was maintained very well in terms of cleanliness. Our favourite member of staff was Nazih! He would always stop by to have nice chats with us during breakfast, ask how our morning has been etc and he was always there if we needed anything. The only complaint I would have is there is no bidet, full length mirror or any shelves in the shower for toiletries. "
