"In general the property was clean & tidy, unfortunately there was a used tissue under my bed!!! The hotel receptionist 'Imane' was super knowledgeable, friendly with great communication skills & a great ambassador for ONOMO hotels. The breakfast was super, varied & presented well. I'd definitely stay there again when passing through the airport."

"Our stay at Radisson Gauthier was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm service, attention to detail, and overall quality of the experience. The rooms were well prepared and thoughtfully equipped, and the staff were helpful, professional, and responsive throughout our stay. Everything was handled smoothly, and we appreciated the care taken to ensure that we were comfortable. Having also stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Casablanca City Center, we noticed a significant difference in service and attention to detail. Radisson Gauthier provided the high standard we expected and delivered a much more enjoyable and satisfying experience. We would be happy to stay there again and would gladly recommend it to others."

"If you already familiar with the city and do not have any particular reason to be there (centre) I consider this hotel as a way better alternative. You can have a long walk barefoot on a beautiful beach, you can spend your time suntanning by the pool, you can dine in a stylish restaurant (Basmane) with a tasty and quality Moroccan dishes and wines (at a street level)."

"Breakfast buffet staff were amazing! One knew exactly how to make the black tea with milk that we were missing from home and made it for my family each morning. The food varieties were great at breakfast with omelet station. Rooms were clean. Rooftop pool was nice and on Saturday night the 70’s and 80’s music brought back memories and tunes we could sing along with. Thank you!"

"Idriss, who was on front desk duty when I arrived a couple days and had a mix up with my bank resulting in hassle paying my taxi, was very helpful explaining the situation to the cab driver and suggesting a solution. Great customer service; above and beyond. Thank you Idriss for making a stressful situation manageable!"
