Check in took long; in room telephone not working… changed rooms because there was no bidet in our, apparently you have to pay more for bidet. Room was nice, amenities were great. But no control over the thermostat- was super muggy and warm. Opened the window but was noisy. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite. And not walkable to any main areas … but location was city central.

The room was clean. Very well kept. Smelled good. Hallway to the room was clean and inviting. Staff spoke English well which I am grateful for. My Arabic and French is significantly lacking.
